Senior Finance Executive - A/R / Assistant Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain customer master data.
• Monitor key debtors outstanding item and follow up closely on collection status.
• Prepare weekly/monthly collection, KPI, unsubmitted bills, ageing reports etc for Management’s review.
• Reconcile billings and receipts between the Oracle and Care21 systems and take appropriate action in Oracle.
• Work closely with IT, external Oracle consultant, other members of the internal finance team and the Business to resolve issues.
• Identifies areas for improvement in current process and proposes solutions.
• Back up support for chargemaster maintenance.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Accounting / Finance/ any relevant qualifications.
• With a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (healthcare industry will be an added advantage)
• This position will report directly to Credit Control Managers.
