Finance Executive

• Responsible for daily operation in General Ledger, monthly closing and ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with Company policies, procedures, Epson Group Financial and Accounting Standards (EFAS), Financial Reporting Standard (FRS) and JSOX.
• Monthly closing and preparation of Journal entries.
• Prepare the monthly reconciliation schedules and monthly reconciliation for accruals and provisions.
• Responsible for AR/Credit management and Fixed Asset management.
• Assist in Corporate Income Tax (CIT) submission and insurance renewal (non-staff related).
• Responsible for financial consolidation (ECAS) submission and Sales Minus verification.
• Act as the requestor role for Ariba PO.
• To prepare reports for external/internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with other departments for the data for Budget and Forecast (BP/FC) submission.
• Responsible for accurate and timely submission of BP/FC ECAS reports.
• To support the process of improvement to enhance administrative and operation.
• To participate and support any ad-hoc finance projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, good time management and ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
• Sound knowledge with ERP systems, preferable those with experience in SAP.
