Job Responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives
  • Preparing and coordinating documents, reports, and presentations
  • Responding to emails, calls, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assisting in planning and executing company events and meetings
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the team as needed

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving approach
