📋 General Administrative Duties

  • Replying emails and correspondence
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)

🧾 Document and Record Management

  • Preparing reports, memos, and other documents
  • Data entry and maintaining databases
  • Ensuring proper documentation and filing of records for easy retrieval

💼 Office Coordination

  • Liaising with internal departments and external vendors
  • Ensuring office equipment is maintained and serviced
  • Supporting HR or finance functions

💻 IT and Software Support (Basic Level)

  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Managing shared drives or intranet systems

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Support to Management

  • Assisting executives or managers with specific projects
  • Preparing presentations or summaries
  • Handling confidential information discreetly
