Full-time
1)The primary responsibility of the bookkeeper is to keep track of sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash disbursements on a daily basis.
2) Able to handle a full range of accounts.
3) Maintain proper filing procedures and maintain proper filing systems.
4) Ability to monitor and update outstanding payments and collections, as well as prepare bank reconciliations. Ability to provide timely closing of the month-end account and management reports.
5) Liaise with auditors/company secretary/bankers and government agencies.
6) Any other duties assigned by management.
7) Assist in the preparation, review, and verification of payments, cheques, vouchers, and ad-hoc transactions.
8) It is imperative to keep information confidential and secure it through the use of data-based backups that comply with the Company Act.
9) Assist the Financial Controller/ Finance Manager with all financial matters under your responsibility.
10) Perform any specific duties assigned to you by the Financial Manager/Financial Controller/Management from time to time.
11) Manage the closing process for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
12) Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree.
