Accountant (Senior Exec/AM) - Mandarin Speaker

What You’ll Do:

• Account Management Support: Assist in managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records, and helping with billing and invoicing tasks.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Address client and operational concerns, offering proactive solutions to enhance workflow and satisfaction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized documentation, track key metrics, and assist in preparing reports for management.
