职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages daily HR operations which mainly include recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, training and performance review;
- Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current;
- Expatriate/Foreign worker management, which include visa application/renew, tax reporting and ensure expatriate remain in legal compliance;
- Liaise with government agencies and consultants for related matter;
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees;
- Team management and promote a positive company culture;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, fresh graduate are welcome to apply;
- Experience in recruitment and training related work is preferred;
- Familiar with national and enterprise laws, regulations and policies on contract management;
- Possess strong communication skills and sense of teamwork, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, meticulous and conscientious in work, and able to bear greater work pressure.
