Job Responsibilities

  • Partnering closely with department heads to understand their workforce needs and contribute to effective team solutions
  • Promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives that foster a positive work environment
  • Leading and contributing to the development of programs that help improve employee relations, and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the HR team to create  and execute strategies to improve employee experiences  that create an inclusive learning environment for everyone
  • Assisting in employee onboarding activities and processes by ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles.
  • Administering employee relations programs by ensuring procedures are understood by all and effectively applied
  • Providing support and guidance to employees facing work-related challenges  to ensure employees feel heard and their needs are met
  • Offering guidance on policies and procedures that support efficient and transparent operations

Job Requirements

  • Possessing a Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field
  • Demonstrating at least 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or related role
  • Possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibiting strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, to ensure effective solutions are proposed and implemented
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and tools
  • Exhibiting skills in organizational development, with passion for creating a supportive environment
  • Demonstrating commitment to creating and maintaining an inclusive environment
  • Fostering a sense of teamwork and empathy amongst teams to promote a collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Experience in employer branding, social media recruitment, and workforce retention strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and integrity.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
