Logistic Admin

Job description
1.Assist in matching vehicle sources to customers and ensure all information is correct
2.Submit supply source report statistics to superiors on time;
3.Responsible for recording orders to supply order reports, and do not miss recording orders
4.Improve the order process and promptly update shipping status to notify customers;
5.Ensure drivers have immediate access to load/unload goods to ensure on-time delivery;
6.If an accident occurs during transportation, report it to your superiors as soon as possible and resolve it promptly.
6.Serve customers/carriers in a friendly manner and respond to customer/carrier inquiries in a timely manner
7.Collect copies of receipts for all orders
8.Make phone calls to potential customers and communicate with them or follow up on their needs.
9.Every time a project is completed, a report needs to be submitted to the superior within the deadline.
10.Submit operational order report statistics on time every day;
11.Assist in any work assigned by superiors.

Job requirement
1. Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
2. Independent, proactive, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
3. Required languages: Malay, Mandarin, English. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred (speak, read and write in Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients.
4. Can start working immediately.
