  1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
  2. Ensure proper inventory control by maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular counts.
  3. Generate reports on stock levels, warehouse performance, and other key metrics.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve service levels.
  6. Address any issues related to logistic operations, including delays, damaged or discrepancies and develop corrective actions.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  8. Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, order fulfillment and accuracy of records. Material purchase, sales and inventory management.
  9. To manage company’s lorry maintenance, forklift and drivers.
