Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• As a new joiner, we will provide leads and guidance for you to succeed in this business.
• We have a buddy system that will be your partner along your journey.
• We have monthly, quarterly and annual cash incentive on top of the basic and commission for target achievers.
• We have bi-weekly sharing session, case studies and information updates.
• To provide and offer mortgage loan advises and solution
• To cross-sell fee base products such as MRTA/ MLTA/ MRTT/ MLTT
• To continuously build good business relationship with lawyers, property agents, developer staff.
• To attend customer’s enquiries and follow up on mortgage loan application and documentation

Requirement :

• Malaysia citizen only
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Higher Education
• Junior candidate with at least 1 year working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-initiation and sales-driven
• Able to work independently and adherence to compliance
• Mobile and possess own transport will be an advantage
