Job Responsibilities

• Identifying and contacting potential clients for property listings and sales
• Negotiating purchase agreements and managing transactions
• Conducting property valuations and market analysis
• Marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and advertising
• Maintaining accurate records of property transactions and client information
• Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the transaction process
• Generating leads and developing client relationships

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate or a related field for 1-3 years
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiarity with relevant real estate laws and regulations in Malaysia
• Proficiency in using real estate and related software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
