Job Responsibilities
● Supervise and lead a dedicated team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
● Foster a caring and supportive environment that places customer satisfaction at the forefront of our operations
● Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner
● Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in telemarketing and customer relations
● Monitor team performance against set metrics, providing feedback and coaching to achieve individual and team goals
● Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and enhance customer relationships
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs effectively
Job Requirements
● 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
● Ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
● Strong telemarketing skills with a persuasive and articulate manner
● Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
● A compassionate and caring approach to customer interactions
● Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
● Ability to lead a team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
● Adaptable and eager to tackle challenges as they arise
