Quantity Surveyor

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
• Feasibility studies of client requests Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.
• Liase with contractors and builders to provide cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.
• Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
• Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
• Deadlines may require working additional hours.
