Site Supervisor (Precast Industry)

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description

• Assist immediate superior to supervise and control daily works on site.
• To ensure all works be carried out in accordance to drawings, specifications, procedure and instruction.
• To supervise the works to ensure that the works achieved the required quality.
• To supervise the works to ensure that the completion target time frame is met.
• To undertake any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
• To quickly adapt and to pick-up understanding of all type of production, installation and construction drawings.
• To supervise, train and manage foreign workers.
• Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers
• To plan out daily and weekly activities to ensure optimal usage of materials, manpower, equipment & machinery.
• To prepare and record daily work activities.
• To ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation (e.g. checklist) & record-keeping throughout entire production process

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a diploma in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Good team spirit, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to work long hours.
• Preferably with 3 years of working experience in construction industries.
• Experienced in precast related constructions would be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to read building plan and site drawing
• Working location at Senai, Johor.
