Printing Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Production Line Management

• Oversee daily printing production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot machine issues, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all products meet company standards and client specifications.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and guide production staff, including assigning tasks and schedules.
• Train new employees on printing machinery, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Foster a productive and disciplined work environment.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality output.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations (OSHA compliance).
• Maintain proper documentation of production reports and inventory.

Machine & Material Coordination

• Operate and maintain printing equipment (e.g., flexo, digital, or offset printers).
• Coordinate with procurement for raw material supply (inks, adhesives, substrates).
• Optimize material usage to reduce waste and costs.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with management to streamline workflows and adopt new technologies.
