Responsibilities

• Operate printing equipment, such as offset presses, digital printers, and bindery machines, ensuring efficient production processes and meeting print quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the production team to meet production deadlines, discussing and addressing any concerns or issues that may impact workflow.
• Perform quality control checks on printed materials, identifying and rectifying any defects or errors.
• Assist in the setup and operation of printing templates, ensuring accurate and precise reproduction of designs.
• Handle and store printing materials, supplies, and finished products, maintaining inventory levels and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Develop and implement ideas to streamline production processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Work with senior production staff to implement new technologies and techniques in the printing process.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in printing production operations or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Possess a basic understanding of printing processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using digital tools and software.
• Capacity to adapt to changing production schedules, working flexible hours as required.
• Physical ability to lift and move printing supplies and materials.
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and regulations, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
