Tax Assistant

Requirements

• Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance.
• Applicants must have minimum 2-3 years of working experience in tax related fields in corporations and/or accounting firms.
• Applicants must have tax technical knowledge in carrying out the tax duties assigned.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Full-time position is available at Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

Responsibility

• Draft tax computations and ensure adequate provision for tax liabilities.
• Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnership and enterprise.
• Provide guidance to their clients about how to reduce their tax liabilities.
• Liaise with company secretaries, tax agents, and authorities to gather required statutory information.
