Responsibilities

To be successful in this role as an Admin Assistant, the candidate will:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Manage and maintain a calendar of appointments and schedules
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate data
  • Ensure office supplies and materials are stocked and organized
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

To excel as an Admin Assistant, the candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
