Retail Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded Retail Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in our retails (average of 4 employees in each store). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Store Location:

1. Midvalley Mall
2. Sunway Pyramid Mall
3. Pavilion Bukit Jalil
4. Sunway Velocity Mall

Responsibilities:

▪ Achieve sales target by promoting products and services to customers.

▪ Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

▪ Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.

▪ Assist in merchandising and visual display efforts to maximize sales opportunities.

▪ Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-Of-Sale system.

▪ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements:

● Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

● Effective communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

● Able to start work immediately

● Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
