Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and select high-caliber candidates for various roles within the organization
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve future hiring strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Stay up-to-date with labor market trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and selection
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
