Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Chef at Minka, you will:

● Leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals consistently

● Planning and executing menu development in line with company standards

● Managing kitchen operations, including inventory, food safety, and sanitation

● Training and developing junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

● Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

● 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in postpartum’s care kitchen

● Having Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field will be considered as added advantage

● Strong leadership and team management, inventory management and cost control skills

● Excellent time management and organizational skills

● The ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

● Good understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
