Job Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring visits to clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with medical professionals to facilitate the smooth execution of clinical trials
• Review and verify data collected from sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and submit reports on study progress, findings, and issues to project teams
• Assist in the training of site staff on protocols and study requirements
• Address queries or concerns from sites in a timely manner to maintain study integrity
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and strategies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in clinical research or related area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and guidelines would be an advantage
