Internship- Sales & Business Development

Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Consultative Sales: Understand the specific needs and pain points of clients to offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the products and services.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.Negotiation and Contracts: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and align with the company’s goals.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas as set by the company. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using RM software. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance

.Activities: Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions, networking with potential clients, and promoting the company’s products and services.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback and insights that can contribute to development of marketing strategies. Also, work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and to increase retention rate. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field, relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Excellent communication and writing skill in English and Malay. (Advantage by knowing more languages).Computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Possess own transport and ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
