1. Monitor the use of materials

2. Perform routine machinery maintenance and repair

3. Assists QC Inspector to implement quality control activities

4. Supervise and discipline production operators

5. Reduce production waste and enhance output

6. Perform monthly stock take as assigned

7. Monitor operator’s attendance and implement housekeeping

8. Ensure machines, tools and equipment are proper maintained

9. Monitor customer delivery schedule

10. File and maintain production related records

11. Maintain proper record and storage of printing plate

12. Plan Daily Production Schedule

13. Monitor machine operator on machining set up

14. Plan daily process for his/her section

15. Responsible for rework and sorting of non-conforming products

16. Ensure products are manufactured according to customer’s specification

17. Monitor production rejects and wastage
