Job Responsibilities
As a General Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record management
- Supporting office management by coordinating meetings and handling correspondence
- Managing inventory and office supplies to ensure everything is well-stocked
- Collaborating with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
- Assisting in any other activities that contribute to the overall success of the team
Job Requirements
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates with
- A diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- A friendly attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
