Production Technician

SEM MATIC SDN BHD is currently looking for a PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN to join us. We are located in 11, Jalan Canggih, Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, 81800.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that machines and equipment are set up and maintained for continuous production
2. Tooling change and System record
3. Follow up daily Machine Output
4. Run Machine based on Planning by leader/Supervisor
5. Do Quality Control as per drawing
6. Understand Design Layout and Tool Sequence
7. Able to read and understand Part Drawing
8. Understand GD&T (Geometry Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
   9)To maintain the Machine by performing planned preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and efficient response to Machine breakdowns
9. Carry out planned preventive maintenance.
10. Troubleshoot machine problems with minimum downtime
11. Understand SPC and process capability (Cp & CPk)
12. Raise E-JR for any breakdown MC related with FFD
13. Follow work instructions on planned activities and report concerns with any instructions to Supervisor

Requirements:

1)Candidate must possess Sijil Kemahiran/Diploma in Mechanical/Machining or equivalent
2) At least 2 years experience in manufacturing (prefer Autolathe Turning Process) environment.
3) The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
