SALES & MARKETING CUM ADMIN

We are seeking a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as Sales & Marketing cum Admin at Enya Mareine Academy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is capable of handling both marketing tasks and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies (online & offline)
• Create and manage content for social media platforms
• Respond to enquiries from potential students/clients
• Assist in organising academy promotional events or campaigns
• Support sales conversions and student enrolments

Administration (Student Affairs):

• Manage student registration, attendance, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for student data
• Coordinate with trainers and team on class arrangements
• Handle front desk duties, emails, and calls
• Assist in daily operations and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, or related field is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
• Preferably based in Johor Bahru
