Senior Warehouse Executive

JINGGUANG PLASTIC PRODUCTS (M) SDN BHD is currently looking for a CHINESE SENIOR WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE to join us. We are located in Jalan Cyber 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Senai Fasa 3, 81400 Senai, Johor, Johor Bahru, Johor, 81400.

Responsibilities:

• To assist and oversee the operations
• To supervise and manage the YCH staff & contract staff (overall)
• To monitor all the deliveries are followed as per schedule time (As per route planner schedule)
• To monitor the maintenance of MHE truck such as: Forklift, Power Truck & Reach Truck.
• To perform all assigned tasks including administrative matters assigned
• To perform any warehousing duties including ad-hoc special projects
• To learn and understand all operational task, scope and ISO procedures
• To perform other job-related function as when required
• To assist in ensuring that the Warehouse area is well maintained
• To ensure optimum loading efficiency
• To coordinate with Route Planner to ensure trucks arrive on time
• Verify YCH staffs/Contract staff OT
• Control OT YCH staffs/Contract staffs
• Documentation for East Malaysia
• Raise PR for warehouse needs
• Handle weekly Meetings regarding warehouse issues
• To assist Facility Team
• Communicate with vendor for warehouse needs (if required)
• To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention
• To comply strictly with EHD related policies, procedure and customer requirements as well safety rules that re rolled out from time to time

Requirements:

• Has a strong background in Logistics & Transport related field and working experience of at least 2-3 years
• DIPLOMA/SPM/STPM required
• Has expertise in PMC
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environment
