Job Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming and assisting customers with their orders
• Preparing and packaging food items accurately and efficiently
• Handling cash transactions with confidence and accuracy, maintaining safe and secure procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring a pleasant customer experience
• Helping to ensure smooth workflow and support other team members
• Handling inventory/stock accurately
• Helping to keep the store running smoothly, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment and ensuring all standards are met
• Able to achive monthly company sales target
• Staff training

Job Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Excellent customer service skills, showing a genuine desire to satisfy our customers
• Strong communication skills and passion for dealing with people
• Ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintaining records
• Good at working as part of a team, showing an attitude of cooperation and dedication to the team’s mission
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
