Job Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Conduct Domestic Inquiries (DI) ensuring compliance and fairness in processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support administrative tasks related to human resources and office management
- Facilitate training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and strategize improvements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR management or administrative roles
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in conducting Domestic Inquiries (DI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
