Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly independent, confident, and resourceful Executive/Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to the CEO. The successful candidate will not only provide executive support but also play an active role in business development, marketing initiatives, and preliminary deal evaluation. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the CEO professionally in external engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Representation:
- Act as the first point of contact and represent the CEO in meetings, correspondence, and preliminary deal discussions.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
- Support the CEO in prioritizing and filtering potential business opportunities.
Business Development & Marketing:
- Assist the CEO in exploring new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including corporate branding, investor relations, and event participation.
- Conduct industry research, prepare market intelligence reports, and support pitching activities.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
Operational & Analytical Support:
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across projects.
- Apply basic accounting knowledge to review financial data, assist in budgeting, and prepare simple reports (advantageous).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as EA/PA, business development support, or client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confidence to represent the CEO in discussions and engagements.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; exposure to accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to filter and prioritize deals effectively.
