Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
• Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management to inform business decisions
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to sales growth and revenue stability
• Stay organized and manage multiple sales leads and opportunities simultaneously
• Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
