Job Responsibilities
- Assisting sales personnel with administrative tasks
- Managing sales documents and records
- Maintaining sales databases and ensuring data integrity
- Preparing sales reports and presentations
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for sales representatives
- Supporting sales activities by organizing and coordinating resources
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and performance
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fresh graduate or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent certificate
- Strong attention to detail
