Educator (Drawing / Photography / Graphic Design)

We are looking for passionate and dynamic educators to join our team as Drawing, Photography, and Graphic Design instructors. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, inspiring creativity, and equipping students with technical and conceptual skills relevant to their chosen field. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only knowledgeable but also enthusiastic about teaching and shaping the next generation of creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured, interactive, and practical lessons in Drawing, Photography, or Graphic Design.
• Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and teaching aids based on current trends and student needs.
• Provide guidance, demonstrations, and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and exploration.
• Collaborate with the academic and creative team to enhance the curriculum and student experience.
• Prepare students for internal exhibitions, portfolio development, or industry-level presentations where applicable.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students (formal or informal setting).
• Strong portfolio and practical skills in the relevant subject area.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and able to connect with learners of various ages and skill levels.
• Familiar with current tools and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, art materials).
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
• Preferably based in Johor Bahru.
