- Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and update company databases and records (training participants, vendor lists, clients, etc.).
- Prepare letters, emails, reports, and meeting minutes as required.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and training sessions.
- Manage office supplies and inventory – ordering when necessary.
- Assist in event/training logistics such as preparing materials, coordinating meals, and managing registration lists.
- Support HR functions such as preparing attendance records or documentation for claims.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
