Operations And Maintenance Engineer

The Operations and Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintenance of the solar farm throughout engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) phases. Key duties include:

• Monitoring progress and quality of solar panel installations
• Managing and training general workers onsite
• Conducting safety inspections and enforcing protocols
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Preparing handover documentation and training facility management staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years’ experience in solar or construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of solar PV systems and construction best practices
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willingness to work in remote locations across Malaysia
