Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to specific business needs
• Develop comprehensive training materials incorporating practical examples and real-world applications to reinforce learning
• Create dynamic learning experiences utilizing a variety of methodologies to ensure maximum impact
• Provide ongoing support to trainees, answer questions and address any learning obstacles
• Assess trainee progress and adjust training plans accordingly to optimize learning experiences
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in training methodologies and technologies for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in a relevant field
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage participants effectively
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Generative AI
• Demonstrate a high level of creativity and passion for learning and development
• Possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• A genuine interest in empowering others to succeed within the business community
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a growth mindset
