SHIPPING / FORWARDING MANAGER

Job description
1.Responsibilities Team leads transportation operations.
2.Transportation Operations: Responsible for all shipping related matters, managing and supervising all aspects of the shipping process, including coordinating shipments, arranging shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers or other destinations.
3.Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government laws and licensing regulations.
4.Maintain records for accounting purposes in accordance with company procedures, including checking all invoices and shipping lists for compliance with tariff and customs regulations.
5.Manage the company’s shipping operations, including liaising with production managers, scheduling appointments with shipping companies, and preparing and submitting customs documents.

Job requirement
1.Experience in customs operations (such as customs clearance, customs brokerage or related fields)
2.Familiar with HS coding
3.At least 5 years of experience in the shipping/air/shipping industry.
4.Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., international trade, logistics, supply chain management) preferred.
5.Research, excellent conflict resolution/creative problem solving and follow-up skills
