1. SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Description:
• Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Assessing and managing safety hazards.
• Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
• Carrying out regular inspections.
• Helping project managers to plan the work programme.
• Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
• Completing records for site reports.
• Attending site management meetings.
• Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
• Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
• Organising and overseeing external inspections, such as with a health and safety inspector.
• Providing emergency first aid if required.
Qualification:
• WITH 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE
Salary:
• RM 2,300.00 – RM 2,500.00

2. COMPETENT ELECTRICAL WIREMAN PW4 (1 PERSON)
Job Description:
• Installation of electrical wiring to machine and system.
• To conduct testing and inspection and troubleshoot on the electrical wiring system.
• To maintain and operate all mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.
• To supervise and engage in repair works.
• To supervise the works of contractors where required.
• To facilitate in Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.
• Work with the team to ensure requests & complaints from end-users are attended and resolved.
• To ensure that all relevant laws, statues and regulations are complied with.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.

Qualification:
• Must possess certificate of Electrical Wireman (PW4) Certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
• Minimum (3) years of working experience working in related with operation and maintenance in building
Salary:
• RM 2,200.00 – RM 2,800.00
