INVENTORY EXECUTIVE (MERCHANDISE DEPARTMENT)

Inventory and Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure timely and attractive merchandise presentation.
• Support inventory control and management.
• Adhere to high visual merchandising standards for product display.

Perform Pawn and Trade-in Transactions

• Effectively communicates to customers on policy of the pawn and trade-in transactions.
• Perform pawn renewal and trade-in transactions.
• Managing and handle all cash, bank transactions, voucher, and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices.
• Proactively utilize customer service skills to achieve or exceed KPIs.
• Monitoring revenue and expenses, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.

Stock Inventory

• Overseeing the management of the inventory.
• Assist in maintaining outstanding store appearance.
• Labelling items, arranging merchandise displays, and ensuring that items are stored securely.

Compliance, Security and Safety

• Enforcing security protocols to protect the pawnshop’s assets, employees, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Administration/ Other assignment

• Assist in stock handling, stock-take, preparing report and documentation.
• Assist in cleanliness and upkeep of the pawnshop.
• Attending comprehensive training programs and adhere to operational standards.
• Assist with simple ordering for the store – stationery and pantry supplies.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
