Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic NPI (New Product Introduction) Webmaster to join our team at the Harbour Trade Centre in Penang, Malaysia. The NPI Webmaster will be responsible for managing the launch of new computer parts, manufacturing parts, and components on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and engaging product information, and optimizing the online user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of launching new computer parts, manufacturing parts, and components on the company’s e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, manufacturing, and IT to gather product information, images, and specifications.
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Perform quality assurance checks to maintain accurate and consistent product information.
- Optimize product pages for search engine visibility and user experience, including keyword optimization and layout enhancements.
- Utilize ChatGPT and Sora AI for content generation, product recommendations, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive product awareness and sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and web management.
