Marketing Manager

Job description
1.Develop marketing strategies and goals and develop potential or new customers.
2.Develop business plans for the marketing department and then coordinate with marketing to drive the plans.
3.Maintain the company’s brand, clarify the brand management strategy, and confirm its feasibility.
4.Responsible for planning, conceptualizing and executing effective, interesting and creative online and offline marketing campaigns.
5.Confirm the feasibility of all marketing plans and be results-oriented when feasibility meets standards.
6.Participate in daily work such as market development and channel management.
7.Oversee all marketing activities for the department.
8.Coordinate with sales team and other departments to develop effective strategies.
9.Build a detailed database of potential new customers to increase sales by identifying and nurturing new customers.
10.Assist with any temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirement
1.Candidates must possess at least Diploma level or above in Business Studies/Execution/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
2.Candidates with at least 3 years of online marketing or offline marketing experience.
3.Excellent presentation and communication skills.
4.Enjoy meeting people and have a passion for closing sales.
5.Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, independent and a team player.
