Quantity Surveyor

-Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project requirements.
-To carry out site supervision works on our projects.
-Preparing and submitting quotation, delivery order, prepare invoice for construction, and supplier.
-Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
-Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
-Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
-To complete additional task assignments as needed by the immediate superior
-Attend site meeting with consultant

Please be inform, our construction project based in Kelantan. We also looking forward for Engineer position.
