Job Responsibilities

• Creating engaging and eye-catching social media content across various platforms
• Developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives
• Analyzing social media metrics and reporting on performance
• Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Managing social media accounts and responding to comments and messages promptly
• Collaborating with other team members to create cohesive and compelling content campaigns
• Participating in social media groups and forums to stay on top of industry trends
• Creative Skills: Strong creative and planning abilities, with the capability to independently create content.
• Filming Skills: Proficient in video shooting, editing, and post-production software such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Copywriting Skills: Good copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
• Analytical Skills: Basic data analysis skills with the ability to adjust content strategies based on data.
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, able to work closely with design.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content (1-3 years)
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and an ability to think outside the box
• A passion for social media and digital marketing
• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
