Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs
- Manage training schedules and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Handle communication with trainees and trainers to foster engagement
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress
- Support the development of training materials and resources
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback for improvement
- Assist in reporting and analysis of training outcomes to the management team
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in training
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail
