PREEMINENCEDirector of Human Resources Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategic business partner to VP- Asia and Asia leadership team. • Collaborates with senior leadership to build the organizations goals and strategy related to talent, recruiting, and retention. • Works closely with the PSG VP– HR in the planning, leading, development and implementation of policies, processes, training and initiatives to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs. • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, employee engagement and training and development. • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKINGCONDITIONS: • Alignment and achievement of company’s performance goals through team/leadership dynamics. • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
