Junior Developer

We are seeking a Junior Developer with 3-5 years of experience in DevOps for ARCAD development to join our Core Banking team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with AS400 / DB2 server and possess knowledge of RPG or COBOL 400 programming language.
The candidate should also have exposure to DevOps practices, including ARCAD application onboarding to DevOps and CI / CD experience.
Knowledge of ALDON will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and translate them into
technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain RPG/COBOL applications within the Core Banking domain.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices for application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Work with AS400 / DB2 server to retrieve and manipulate data as required by the applications.
• Participate in the design and implementation of CI / CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and
deployment processes.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the applications in the DevOps environment.
• Assist in the onboarding of AS400 applications to the DevOps platform.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the DevOps process and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to DevOps and ARCAD development.
• Adhere to coding standards and guidelines to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
