Job Responsibilities

As an Operator Pengeluaran, you’ll take the reins of our production processes and ensure everything flows smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet quality standards
• Ensuring that production schedules are met in a timely manner
• Conducting routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborating closely with team members to uphold safety and quality protocols
• Troubleshooting any production issues that arise and implementing effective solutions
• Documenting production data and reporting any discrepancies or improvements

Job Requirements

To shine in this role, you should have:

• A diploma in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and safety
• Excellent communication skills to work well within a team
