Penerangan Pekerjaan
  1. Assist in estimates of construction costs / budget for new projects.
  2. Computation of cost and prices.
  3. Assist in cash flow monitoring.
  4. Compilation of sub-contractor tender documents / quotation including taking-off, calling tender, tender evaluation, tender interview and tender awards.
  5. Obtain quotes and material prices for variation works.
  6. Prepare material schedules and deliveries and wastage control.
  7. Sub-contractors progress payment, debit notes and variation orders.
  8. Drawing registration, issuance and updates.
  9. Compliance to ISO 3001 procedures.
  10. Others as and when assigned.
